AC Transit’s Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) brings faster more reliable travel to the East Bay. It reduces greenhouse gas emissions, improves air quality and public health, is accessible and safe. Acumen provided program/project controls management support for this important project. Our consultants implemented an integrated project controls system for AC Transit’s enterprise project portfolio management (EPPM) system by incorporating Oracle Primavera Contract Management (PCM), Oracle Primavera EPPM (P6) and Microsoft SharePoint (MSSP) software packages. Acumen also trained AC Transit employees to use the integrated project controls system.
Deliverables included fully functioning PCM, P6 and SharePoint 2010 software packages per AC Transit’s requirements, 12 custom reports, training sessions for staff, and training materials. Additional project controls services included scheduling and cost estimating services.
