The Alameda County Transportation Commission (Alameda CTC) $3 billion capital program is improving transportation throughout the county. Acumen, together with several subconsultants, is providing project management and project controls services to assist the agency in managing the program. Services include overall program management, programming support, project controls and project control system updates, and project development and management. Additional technical on-call support services including data-driven planning, conceptual engineering, mapping/GIS, traffic models/analysis/studies; cost estimating, scheduling and claims analysis; engineering services such as structural engineering; environmental documents/clearance; right-of-way acquisition and utility relocation; database consulting; construction management oversight and support; tolling support; transit support; and outreach activities.
