Acumen is providing on-call construction management support services including cost estimating and staff augmentation to assist the Oakland Unified School District (OUSD) in the development and construction of Measure J and Measure Y projects. Cost estimation services include estimating project construction costs and providing value engineering recommendations. Acumen also is providing a project engineer to assist with the design, bidding, and construction project phases under the direction of OUSD and the prime consultant Sixth Dimension.
