Acumen provides on-site administration, coordination and oversight of construction management projects. We effectively communicate and coordinate with the project managers, resident engineers, contractors, design professionals and inspectors.
For the Port of Oakland’s container wharf, Acumen provided construction management services under an $85 million multi-prime contract for Berths 57/58/59. The $85 million project included construction of the second section of berths, fill and wharf backlands, middle harbor, and shoreline modifications.
