Acumen’s services include testing new hardware and software as well as the inspection of transportation infrastructure construction projects. Our inspectors perform general and specialty inspections and stay knowledgeable of QA/QC construction methods and construction best practices. Acumen also monitors the specialty inspector budgets and contract provisions and oversees inspection logs and documentation through sign-off and project completion. In addition, our experts troubleshoot installation issues related to existing structures.
Other services include testing fare collection system components such as smart card reader validators and fare gate machines and equipment as well as testing electric vehicle charging stations and personal e-mobility devices in an effort to support use of public transit and other alternatives to gas-powered vehicles that improve mobility and reduce the impact of transportation on our planet.
